Following the sector-wide Health Sector Strageic Plan III (HSSP III) retreat on strategic priorities, the health financing stakeholders propose to further develop a logframe for key result areas, including resource generation, pooling, purchasing and stewardship function. A two-day retreat is organized and conducted by the Ministry of Health (MoH) in Musanze with the support of GIZ, WHO and other development partners.
