Aminata Tou Nan is the P4H country focal person in Cameroon and a technical advisor to Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) at BACKUP Health. She is contracted by GIZ and funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany. She is from Burkina Faso and specializes in public finance and health financing. She worked at the Ministry of Finance of Burkina Faso and served as director of budget programming. Aminata has also worked in the Democratic Republic of the Congo with that country’s government, the World Bank Group and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
