Christine Ortiz has a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MSc in health planning and financing jointly from LSHTM/LSE. Her 25+ years of experience in health financing and health systems strengthening span Africa, Latin America and South-East Asia, working with international organizations, bilateral entities, private companies and NGOs.
