Htet Nay Lin Oo is the P4H country focal person in Myanmar and has over 16 years’ public health experience in low- and middle-income countries in Asia and Africa. He holds an MScPH from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and a DrPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He provides coordination in health financing reforms and technical assistance to national and international actors and is responsible for Myanmar’s Leadership for Universal Health Coverage programme.
