The TOR on &#8216;Assessing Namibia\u2019s Essential Health Service Package&#8217; is being initiated with inputs and quality assurance support from experts of Essential Health Package of AFRO regional office. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Ministry of Health and Social Service along with the support of P4H CFP also initiated the development of TOR &#8216;Assess implementation of Program-Based Budgeting in health sector in Namibia&#8217;.
