These measures include the use of the military health system, as well as the infrastructure for natural disasters or other catastrophic events (Plan DN-III and Plan Marina).<\/p>\n<p>Government launched a call to recruit 43,000 additional health personnel, including nurses, doctors and specialists, to support the response to the health crisis, including in marginalized areas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; On 30 March, the National Health Emergency Agreement was published. It includes the role of different Ministries to assure the availability of tests, equipment and medicines to deal with the crisis.<\/p>\n<p>On 1 April, the Ministry of Health launched the app \u201cCOVID-19MX\u201d, which seeks to reinforce knowledge, to promote measures of prevention on COVID-19 and to facilitate exchange of information between health officials and citizens. The app also gathers health data from users to determine their risk levels and enables them to self-diagnose.<\/p>\n<p>On 7 April, Mexico established an air bridge with China that will consist of 30 flights to buy medical equipment.
