Mrs. Cardenas has 20+ years of experience: Development Specialist/Health PM for USAID/ Bolivia, Health Systems Strengthening Advisor at USAID/Rwanda. She also served as Country Manager for UNAIDS/Bolivia. Recently, she was a consultant/researcher for many Health Economics projects with PAHO country offices in Bolivia and Barbados and the World Bank, among others. Mrs. Cardenas is a P4H Network Community Facilitator, collaborator to the P4H Coordination Desk.
