Serge Mayaka Ma-Nitu is the P4H country focal person in Côte d'Ivoire, under contract with the World Bank Group, funded by the Global Financing Facility. Serge comes from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where he is a professor at the School of Public Health, University of Kinshasa. He is a medical health economist with expertise in health policy and financing.
